Marc Jacobs never fails to deliver excellent fashion. His autumn/winter 2022 show incorporated grungy denim, jackets knotted around the body, and puffy protrusions on dresses. To contrast with those avant-garde silhouettes, Jacobs unveiled teeny-tiny bralettes made up of shimmering discs.
Jacobs’s barely-there bras demand confidence in spades, and Dua Lipa has more than risen to the challenge. The superstar wore a sparkly silver style from the runway for her birthday celebrations, and she paired it with a long skirt, a cropped jacket, and the designer’s trademark Mary-Jane mega platforms.
Dua, who turned 27 on August 22, spent the weekend surrounded by friends and family in Ibiza, complete with a flower-adorned cake and custom fans. Her best friend Sarah Lysander, designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin, jeweler Alan Crocetti, and yoga teacher Anabella Landa—a.k.a. Annie Movies—were among those in attendance.
