When it comes to her Emmy-winning ex Bill Hader, Rachel Bilson is not holding back.
In an episode of Bilson’s podcast Broad Ideas released Monday, August 15, guest Tommy Dorfman prodded Bilson about the former Saturday Night Live star.
“When you and Bill broke up what did you miss the most?” she asked.

Bilson, who starred on FOX’s hit teen drama The O.C., dated SNL alum Hader starting fall 2019, and was later spotted in Hader’s hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma over the holidays. The couple made their red carpet debut at the Golden Globes in January 2020. By the summer of 2020, the couple everyone was rooting for called it quits, per an Us Weekly report.
This is not the first time Bilson has spoken about her relationship with Hader. The actor has referenced the relationship several times on her podcast. In an episode released in June with guest Mandy Moore, per Vanity Fair, Bilson said that she “went through a really hard breakup and it was during the pandemic. I could not leave my house, you know what I mean? I had nothing else to do but sit in it, and deal with it and feel it. It was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done, harder than childbirth.” Bilson added that the end of the relationship “hurt like a motherfucker.”
