I know some think that I’m obsessed with the bells and whistles (and you would be right), but a celebrity can also serve up a moment like this Celine by Hedi Slimane draped Couture gown and I’ll be equally enamoured.
Purposefully kept free from any striking embellishments or details – this is because the pared-back gown already says more than enough with the sheer cape that dramatically gathers around the silhouette.
Judging by this and Amanda Gorman’s look, we are deep into cape season and I’m so here for it.
Overall, it’s confidence, poise and not looking like an old lady for me.
