Millie Bobby Brown once thought “kissing sucks” after sharing her first smooch with Stranger Things costar Finn Wolfhard…now she says it might just be him.

Brown recently took part in Vanity Fair’s lie-detector test series and revealed that filming kissing scenes with Wolfhard as Eleven and Mike Wheeler has not gotten any easier over the years. “You exclaimed, ‘Kissing sucks!’ after your first kiss with Finn Wolfhard,” the interviewer reminded Brown. “Is Finn just a lousy kisser?”

“He is,” Brown responded…and, according to VF’s resident polygraph expert, she was telling the truth.

Now 18 years old, Brown shared her first kiss with Wolfard, 19, when the pair filmed the season one finale of Stranger Things back in 2016. Following the premiere, Brown did an interview with friend Maddie Ziegler for Interview Magazine, revealing her disappointment with the whole kissing thing. Remember, they were just around 12 and 13 years old at this point!

“I did have to kiss Finn. At the end of the day, it’s only acting, and it’s something you have to do, and I would do anything for the show. I cut my hair, I kissed Finn,” Brown told Ziegler at the time. “It was definitely strange. It was, like, my first kiss, so it was kind of weird.”

She added, “Finn reacted quite well and I didn’t. I felt really bad afterwards.”

But six years later, not much has changed. During the polygraph test, the interviewer followed up by asking if Wolfhard has improved at all, to which Brown replied, “Not with me, no.” Before you ask: no, she hasn’t told him. No, she’s not too worried about him finding out this way.

Wolfhard wasn’t the only Stranger Things costar to face Millie Bobby Brown’s wrath during the interview. When asked if she thought her best friend Noah Schnapp looked good with his season four bowl cut, she replied, “I love him. Yes, I do.” Unfortunately, the examiner called her out for lying.
