Actress, singer and producer Queen Latifah was the Mistress of Ceremony for the amfAR Cannes Gala 2023 held in Cap d‘Antibes, France on Thursday evening, where she served up two looks.
For the red carpet she wore a custom Lanvin off-white tuxedo jacket featuring an elongated profile, with a minimalist approach, showcasing optimum sophistication with simpler details, like the Lanvin signature squared train and peak lapel in satin.
The look was styled with matching wide leg trousers with satin details, and Chopard jewels from the Haute Joaillerie and Precious Lace Collection.
We don’t often see Queen Latifah in gowns, so I was kinda bummed that she opted to wear this Carolina Herrera black tulle strapless gown from the Spring 2023 collection inside the dimly lit venue.
I would love a rerun of this look on the red carpet.
