Ryan Gosling is living his Ken life to the fullest, which essentially means that he’s stepping aside to let the women in his life have the spotlight. The Canadian actor attended the world premiere of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie at Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 9 in a pink suit, but the star of his ensemble was a subtle pendant necklace bearing the initial “E,” presumably in honor of his partner of 12 years, Eva Mendes.
The Blade Runner 2049 star wore a salmon pink suit which included a single-breasted jacket and slim-fit trousers. Underneath, he wore a pale pink button-down shirt, with the top buttons undone to reveal his chest and the “E” necklace. The “E” is in the same font as the iconic Barbie “B” logo we all know so well thanks to both the doll’s and the film’s branding. For footwear, he wore ivory lace-up loafers. His skin looked glowy and sunkissed, but in a way that suggests he’s serious about SPF, and he wore his blonde hair combed to one side in an intentionally messy, beachy style.
