Sarah Paulson received the Best Leading Actress in a Play award for ‘Appropriate’ during the 2024 Tony Awards held in New York City on Sunday.
The actress wore a custom Prada gown which had the triple impact with bows, padded shoulders and contrasting black embellishments.
I’m sure one of those three elements will be a deal breaker for some, but this is a look Prada knew someone of Sarah’s sartorial elegance could pull off.
I’m not usually a fan of looks which appear to restrict your arm movements, but I like how they soften the sharpness of the bold shoulders.
