The ‘Spoon’ halter top is a fitting name, as designer Ellen Hodakova Larsson hand-tied 102 antique spoons sourced locally from the Swedish countryside to create the piece.
Hodakova frequently incorporates heirloom objects into her work, and spoons made their debut in the brand’s Fall 2023 runway collection, appearing in earrings, tops, necklaces, bags, and the striking finale dress composed entirely of spoons.
To maintain the sustainable theme, Cate paired the halter top with Hodakova black reconstructed trousers. This fashion union is a perfect match, reflecting both Cate’s and Hodakova’s dedication to bold and sustainable fashion.
