At this year’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the spotlight wasn’t just on the highly anticipated film announcements and trailers—it was also about the celebrities in attendance.

When Jared Leto walked into the D23 event, it was clear that the actor was embracing a new, more subdued era of style. Dressed in an AMIRI suit, Jared exuded a quiet confidence that was refreshing to see. The suit, part of AMIRI’s core tailoring collection, was paired with the label’s Kick Flare trousers, creating a look that was as relaxed, ‘70s inspired, and refined.
Jared, known for his often bold and eclectic fashion choices, seems to be embracing a “soft life” aesthetic—at least for now. Island Vibes
In contrast to Jared’s understated elegance, Dwayne Johnson brought the energy of Polynesia to the D23 event with his Dolce & Gabbana Hawaii-inspired print shirt. As he presented the latest trailer for ‘Moana 2’, Dwayne’s look felt like a perfect extension of the animated film’s vibrant setting.
Dwayne has always had a knack for balancing casual and polished, and this look was no exception. The shirt’s bold print and relaxed fit captured the laid-back, tropical vibe of the film, while still maintaining a sense of sophistication with the trousers and polished loafers.
Subtle Sparkle
Joe Locke, promoting ‘Agatha All Along’ alongside Kathryn Hahn, opted for a more subtle approach with his all-black ensemble from AMIRI’s Fall 2024 collection. While the details of the outfit might have been hard to spot under the event’s lighting, there was a hint of something special—a crystal mesh tank peeking out from underneath his polo shirt.
Joe’s choice to incorporate just a touch of sparkle into his otherwise understated look is a masterclass in modern menswear. It’s a reminder that sometimes, less is more while still imbuing a playful yet polished personality.
