Michelle Monaghan made a return to the red carpet at the premiere of the Apple TV+ series, ‘Bad Monkey’, held at the Hammer Museum, which marked her first red carpet appearance of the year, coinciding with the global debut of the comedy series on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
As a longtime fan of Michelle, I was thrilled to see my golden girl shine so brightly in a stunning dress from Rabanne’s Resort 2025 collection, which embodied elegance and modern sophistication which epitomises the brand’s legacy.
Rabanne, under the creative direction of Julien Dossena, has maintained its signature style while infusing it with contemporary flair. We see this in the use of the label’s iconic chainmail, a staple since 1964.
From the silhouette to the reverse collar and draped back, this dress is a testament to chainmail’s timeless appeal, and proof, if needed, that this material continues to bring a unique and enlivening edge to any design.
While some may be divided on how the dress pairs with Michelle’s new blonde hair, I couldn’t be more in love with the look. The fluidity of the ensemble, from the way it drapes to how it complements her overall appearance, is nothing short of mesmerising.
