Zoe Saldana, known for her iconic roles in films like ‘Avatar’ and ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, made a stunning appearance at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, California, last Friday. The event, a celebration of all things Disney, saw Zoe joined by director James Cameron and co-star Sam Worthington as they promoted the highly anticipated ‘Avatar’ sequel, ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’, which is set to release on December 19, 2025.
Zoe, who often gravitates toward classic black ensembles, once again showcased her affinity for the timeless hue donning a Dolce & Gabbana outfit that perfectly blended elegance with a touch of sensuality. Her look featured a silk chiffon top, delicately accented with a silk floral detail, paired with a sleek pencil skirt. While black remains her signature, this ensemble stood out for its intricate detailing and the way it elevated her usual style.
The D23 event is typically known for its casual, fan-focused atmosphere, but Zoe brought a much-welcomed dose of glamour to the proceedings. What made this appearance particularly noteworthy was her successful execution of a sheer look—something she had attempted before but hadn’t quite nailed.
You may recall her previous venture into sheer fashion during the ‘Emilia Perez’ photocall at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, where she opted for a Saint Laurent ensemble that missed the mark. This time, however, Zoe’s Dolce & Gabbana outfit hit all the right notes. The look was cohesive, refined, and most importantly, true to her sophisticated style.
