Eve Hewson Wore Patou & Ashlyn To 'The Perfect Couple' LA & London Premiere

Eve Hewson stepped into the spotlight alongside Nicole Kidman for the premiere of their much-anticipated Netflix series, ‘The Perfect Couple’. Known for her bold, often moody fashion choices, Eve delivered two strikingly different red carpet moments this week.

A Feminine Twist in Patou

For last night’s Los Angeles premiere, Eve graced the red carpet in a pretty pink dress from Patou’s Spring 2025 collection, aptly titled “ROSE.” The dress exuded ultra-feminine charm, with its unique bow detail and tulip-shaped skirt adding a whimsical touch. While Eve often gravitates toward darker tones, this delicate, rosy hue felt like a breath of fresh air—an unexpected but welcome departure from her usual aesthetic.

What I love about this look is how it perfectly balances playfulness with sophistication. The soft pink color and structured design create an undeniably feminine silhouette that feels fresh, youthful, and impossible not to be charmed by. For some, this might be a standard choice, but for Eve, it’s a bold departure from her signature dark hues—one that feels both intentional and effortless.

But, the best thing about this is the modified length.

Signature Black In London

However, just a few days earlier at the London premiere, Eve was in her comfort zone, wearing a striking black dress from the Ashlyn Resort 2025 collection. While this dress was much more in line with the darker style we’ve come to expect from her, it featured one standout detail—a bold black and white ruffled peplum. This touch of contrast and texture made the look feel unique and far from basic.

I personally loved this outing. While the black dress is classic Eve, the ruffled peplum adds a quirky, avant-garde edge that elevates the look beyond a simple black gown. The design feels very true to her style, embracing the moody, mysterious vibe she’s known for, while also offering something unexpected. While I can understand how some might be put off by the dramatic ruffle detail, for me, it’s exactly what makes the look special.

In the end, I’m torn. Eve’s Patou look in pink is undeniably pretty and a delightful shift from her norm, but I can’t help but lean toward her Ashlyn dress for the London premiere. It feels truer to her personal style—dark, a little edgy, but still unique with its ruffled detail. The contrast between the two looks highlights Eve’s versatility, and ultimately, both looks are winners in their own right.
