Folie à Deux’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Lady Gaga graced the red carpet this evening for the premiere of her highly anticipated film, ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’, presented in competition at the Venice Film Festival.

I previously expressed my excitement about how her stylists would balance the dual facets of her identity—both as a singer and as an actress—throughout this press tour.

Tonight, that balance was on full display, and it was nothing short of perfection.

Gaga stepped out in yet another Dior Haute Couture creation, marking her third Dior look in a row if you count her Olympics performance ensemble. This gown exuded mid-century elegance with a touch of contemporary glamour, showcasing a dramatic silhouette that likely involved complex seaming and intricate understructures. The result? A vision of timeless elegance that oozed classic movie star allure—this was Stefani at her finest.

But, in true Gaga fashion, she didn’t stop there. She added a striking Philip Treacy mask from the milliner’s Fall 2001 Couture collection, a piece that some might compare to a venomous plant.

This bold accessory injected that unmistakable Gaga flair into the look, adding an avant-garde edge that her fans have come to expect and adore, along with her Giuseppe Zanotti platform lace up boots.

Honestly, I don’t think this look could have been any more perfect. It was the epitome of balance—blending Stefani’s refined elegance with Gaga’s boundary-pushing creativity. For fans of both personas, this was the ultimate red carpet moment. Mother Monster delivered, and she did so with a level of sophistication and style that was nothing short of extraordinary.

And the fact that they shut down the entire red carpet for Gaga is a testament to her star power.

A Tiffany & Co. necklace in platinum and 18k yellow gold with diamonds, earrings in platinum with diamonds, and a Tiffany Victoria® bracelet jewels complete her look.
