Sarocha Chankimha attends the Closing Night Red Carpet at the Red Sea International Film Festival

Sarocha Chankimha and Rebecca Patricia Armstrong made their return to the red carpet for the closing night of the Red Sea International Film Festival on Thursday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. After their impressive debut on Tuesday, the pair once again delivered captivating looks that perfectly complemented their individual styles.

Sarocha Chankimha commanded attention in a Giambattista Valli Fall 2023 Haute Couture gown. The strapless black tailored silhouette was elevated with dreamy white silk organza ruffles that felt both fantastical and elegant. This is exactly the kind of glamour I love to see at film festivals. Sarocha has truly found her stride in Jeddah with two outstanding looks, and this gown is a glowing testament to that. The gown strikes a delicate balance—it’s playful without venturing into overly twee territory.

On the other hand, Rebecca Patricia Armstrong opted for a more understated approach, wearing a draped red and black halter dress from the Chanel Pre-Fall 2022 collection. While her minimalist aesthetic is admirable, I couldn’t help but wish she had kept the Chanel brooch that originally anchored the neckline on the runway. It would have added an extra touch of Parisian polish to the look. Instead, Rebecca styled her outfit with statement earrings and a classic Chanel black velvet bag.

Which do you prefer? Sarocha’s bold embrace of couture or Rebecca’s quieter, refined elegance?

Both looks were memorable in their own way, and their presence added a touch of sophistication to the festival’s closing night.
