Zoe Saldana took us on a sartorial journey this past weekend, attending the Variety’s 10 Directors to Watch and Creative Impact Awards, W Magazine’s Annual Best Performances Party, and Netflix’s Golden Globe Afterparty. Each appearance showcased a different facet of her impeccable style, culminating with a look that will live rent-free in my mind for weeks.
Variety’s 10 Directors to Watch and Creative Impact Awards
Creative Director Francesco Risso crafted a quintessential Zoe Saldana moment with this Marni Spring 2025 dress. The fitted silhouette hugged her figure before dramatically flaring into a fluted hemline, which I’m sure created a mesmerising wiggle with every step. This dress is the perfect blend of modernity and nostalgia—a calling card of Risso’s vision. Styled with Fernando Jorge jewels, this look epitomised effortless daytime elegance.
W Magazine’s Annual Best Performances Party
Standing alongside Cynthia Erivo, and her talons, Zoe embraced simplicity in a Ferragamo Spring 2025 scoop-neck dress. I’m not crazy about the silhouette, but what makes this remarkable is the ballerina pink hue that radiated against her skin and the dazzling sequins. She accessorized with matching leather thong sandals with ribbon details (I wish we saw more of those) and a Tyler Ellis clutch.
Netflix Golden Globe After party
Fresh off her Best Actress win for Emilia Pérez, Zoe stunned in a Saint Laurent lace halter dress that redefined “sheer done right.” It was sultry yet revealed nothing—a masterclass in allure. The terracotta hue continues to be her winning colour, with Saint Laurent’s La Scandale platform sandals providing the finishing touch.
While each look had its merits, the Saint Laurent ensemble stands out for its flawless execution and timeless appeal. Which one’s your favourite?
