Timothée Chalamet Wore Prada To The 2025 Santa Barbara International Film Festival

Sporting a fresh new haircut, Timothée Chalamet was honoured with the Arlington Artist Award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Tuesday in California.

While we’ve become accustomed to Timothée’s highly polished red carpet moments over the years, he’s been leaning into a more relaxed aesthetic lately. That continued at this event, where he wore a shades of greens Prada floral cotton shirt from the Spring 2025 collection. layered over a ribbed green top, paired with jeans, white sneakers, and a leather jacket casually carried in his hands.

Now, I know some of you are looking at the runway version of this outfit and wishing he had incorporated at least one element—perhaps the trousers with the low-slung belt? But honestly, considering that Troye Sivan has practically made that look and this collection his personal uniform, I appreciate that Timothée opted for something a little different.

Instead of trying to emulate the runway styling, he made the look his own in a way that felt effortlessly cool. It’s a laid-back, no-fuss approach that suits him right now—and if we know anything about Timothée, he’ll switch things up again soon enough.

A Cartier Essential Lines necklace in18k white gold and diamonds completed his look.
