If there was ever a night for Timothée Chalamet to channel Bob Dylan, it was this one. Winning Best Male Actor at the SAG Awards—becoming the youngest to ever do so—was already a historic moment, but leave it to Timmy to make sure his fashion told a story too.
After his Pink Panther-inspired Berlinale moment, the actor returned to Chrome Hearts once again, donning a custom leather suit that perfectly encapsulated Dylan’s effortlessly cool energy. The real showstopper? That fluorescent green shirt and bolo tie—except this wasn’t just any bolo tie. It was a Féline de Cartier pendant watch.
Dylan fans may have clocked (pun intended) that this was a nod to the legend’s own 2011 SAG Awards look, but thankfully, Timothée stopped short of the hat. Instead, he doubled down on his signature rockstar swagger with Chrome Hearts sunglasses and a pair of archival cowboy boots, proving once again that he’s Hollywood’s reigning king of method dressing.
Not all of Timmy’s homages have hit the mark, but this one? A total win. And on a night where he made history, it couldn’t have been more fitting.
