The silhouette alone is perfection. The ruby gemstone necklace is a flawless match for this piece, but it’s the EFFY gold ruby and diamond chevron rings—with their subtle knuckle-duster effect—that give the look an extra touch of attitude.
But then… the Amina Muaddi platforms happened. Sigh. Too heavy. Too clunky. Too much for a dress that thrives on sleekness.
A bold red lip and that massive diamond and gold cocktail ring (the same one Rihanna wore to the Ambani wedding) sealed the deal. Overall, it was a winning look—just with a little too much weight at the feet.
