Florence Pugh attends the UK photocall for Marvel Studios' 'Thunderbolts*' black leather Francesco Murano Spring 2025 bra and skirt

Following Tuesday night’s Thunderbolts* premiere, Florence Pugh was back in action for the London photocall at The Corinthia Hotel this afternoon—and it was another bold swing. Swapping the ethereal Elie Saab Haute Couture for a more directional Francesco Murano Spring 2025 leather ensemble, Florence once again chose fashion with bite, attitude, and plenty of talking points.

Now, you already made your feelings clear about her not being on board with the premiere gown, so I can already hear the collective sigh at this one.

The leather bralet, corseted pencil skirt, high-octane glam meets biker cool. On paper, this had potential. Florence has always thrived when leaning into her rebellious side. And she is selling this with all the conviction in the world.

But—the fit. Again. We’re back here. AGAIN.

The skirt? Fine. Absolutely passable. The bralet, though, is another story entirely. It looks like it was cut for a sample size that doesn’t match Florence’s body type, and while she may not be busty, the result just doesn’t sit right. Quite literally. It’s baffling to me how this was signed off. Did no one do a final fitting? I’m so annoyed for her.

The idea was there. The confidence was there. The fit… wasn’t. And it’s that persistent issue that’s becoming Florence’s red carpet nemesis. Because if this had fit, this would’ve been a contender for her Hall of Fame.
