Meghann Fahy Wore McQueen Promoting 'Drop'

Meghann Fahy stepped out in Chelsea on Friday looking like she was about to handle business—and by business, I mean promoting her new action thriller, Drop, with the kind of fashion confidence we’ve come to expect from her. Dressed head-to-toe in McQueen, the look felt razor-sharp and right on brand for someone currently embodying a leading lady with a license to thrill.

The standout piece here was the tailored McQueen jacket with that striking red satin trim. It gave serious power suit energy with a little cinematic flair. The crisp white shirt underneath kept things feeling fresh and polished, while the pleated mini skirt added just the right dose of youth and movement. It’s giving refined rebel.

Now, let’s address the frayed hem. Yes, it stirred debate with Matilda De Angelis McQueen look last week. Personally, I’d be fidgeting within five seconds—frayed hems and I don’t get along, mainly because I’d constantly think something’s crawling on my leg—but that’s a me problem. On Meghann? It absolutely works. McQueen has always had an edge, so the rawness of the hem aligns for me.

Finishing touches came courtesy of McQueen too, with those Flare platform peep-toe sandals and the mini Birdee bag adding height and polish. This is one of those street style moments that feels editorial, cinematic, and cool all at once. A strong serve from a woman who knows how to sell a look and a thriller.
