While I’ve been busy trying to untangle the aftermath of the Met Gala, Pom Klementieff has quietly been on a high-fashion mission across East Asia, making major style statements while promoting Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. With the film set to premiere in Cannes on Wednesday, the press tour looks have already made their global impact.
Japan Premiere
It was actually raining in Tokyo on Tuesday, but don’t be fooled—Pom’s Maison Margiela Artisanal Spring 2018 look wasn’t improvised rainwear. That clear polyurethane layer is meant to be there, artfully layered over a sultry red-and-black lace slip dress beneath. It’s giving luxury shopping bag cover, in the best way possible. Her wet-look hair added to the atmosphere, and honestly, if you weren’t fully sold, a side view of the dress might tip you over the edge.

White Christian Louboutin x Maison Margiela Martoubi pumps completed the look, but I’m kinda bummed she didn’t wear the runway headpiece too.

Japan Press Conference
Cherry blossoms might be in bloom in Japan, but Pom was serving autumn-winter luxe in a plum velvet Nina Ricci Fall 2025 jacket. The combination with the moss green bow is divine, and we get peak rich-girl texture play with the satin and lace mini skirt.

South Korea Press Conference
Then we jumped into Guardians of the Galaxy territory with her Rabanne Fall 2025 look. Futuristic tailoring, triple silver sequin lapels and a matching sequin turtleneck made this feel light years ahead of your average press look. The construction of that jacket alone deserves its own spin-off.

Finally, Pom wrapped her East Asia run in a show-stealing Acne Studios Fall 2025 jumpsuit that had range. I adore the uniqueness as it transitions from the left leg into a halter neckline before cascading into a dramatic train on the other side. It’s a “party in the front, party in the back” kind of piece, with the back left completely open. Christian Louboutin shoes and Repossi jewels sealed the deal.

Which look did it for you? Because she’s made it impossible to choose just one.
