If my beauty career has taught me anything over the past seven years, it’s that you don’t need to drain your wallet for quality skin care products. In fact, some of the best, dermatologist-backed options can be found at your neighborhood drugstore, and more intriguingly: at your local Walmart. Yes, you can find some of the best beauty tools and products at the same place you can pick up the latest generation of AirPods, home decor, and even groceries. I’m here to share the best Walmart beauty products in my cart to master some of the fall’s biggest beauty trends, from toasty makeup to K-beauty skin care below.
Glamour’s Walmart beauty wishlist
Best hair tools at Walmart
You know how obsessed we are with beauty tools, from hair straighteners, to curling irons, to blow-dry brushes. As it turns out, Walmart has a massive selection, including ceramic-plate flat irons, wavers, and crimpers. Two standouts include the L’ange Hair Le Duo multi-styler, which air dries and styles, at only $60, and the Hairtage Straight To It Flat Iron that controls frizz and is gentle on all hair types at just $30.
Best Korean beauty picks at Walmart
Korean beauty has taken over our skin care collections over the past year, and we’ve been slowly but surely adding the best Korean toners, sunscreens, cleansers and serums to our stashes. Walmart is in on the trend, and carries some covetable K-beauty brands including CosRX, Kimchi Chic, and more. Two products we’re stocking up on next include CosRx The Niacinamide 15 Serum and Venamine’s Vegan Korean Ginseng Essence Water for a glassy, plump complexion.
Best anti-aging skin care products at Walmart
Walmart carries dermatologist-loved products with anti-aging ingredients that are just as potent as more expensive counterparts. From these Tula Vitamin C drops, to the expert-backed La Roche-Posay line, these picks are designed to minimize fine lines or hyperpigmentation. Plus, most products are well under $50.
The best fall makeup products at Walmart
ICYMI, toasty makeup trend is everywhere this fall—from warm-hued eyeshadows to brown lipsticks. We’re eyeing this six-shade palette from Kevyn Aucoin that features a blend of frosty pearlescent shades and sparkly coppers, which you can snag for under $30. If there’s one lip product worth grabbing it’s the NYX Professional Makeup Butter Gloss line. Pick up a shade or two in Butterscotch or Fudge Me, and your toasty-girl look will be complete. The retailer also carries some of our other favorite makeup brands including Maybelilne, L’Oréal Paris, E.l.f Beauty, Milani and more.
The best nail products at Walmart
While Walmart carries a slew of nail polishes of all brands and hues, they have a particularly nice selection of chrome shades which is a huge nail trend right now. Go with the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Top Coat Nail Polish at under $10 for some pink iridescence or the Nails Inc Mirror Chrome Silver Served High Shine Metallic Nail Polish at $8 for a silver-flecked finish.
