Julianne Moore was spotted arriving in Milan today, likely for the highly anticipated debut of Louise Trotter’s Bottega Veneta Spring 2026 collection. The show is set for September 27 at 4pm CET.

Although Vicky Krieps was officially unveiled as Bottega’s ambassador during Venice Film Festival, Julianne’s consistent loyalty to the brand gives her an ambassador-level presence of her own. We’ve already seen her wearing Trotter’s Bottega pieces during Cannes, and it’s clear that the new creative director sees Julianne as someone who instinctively understands her refined, pared-back vision for the house.

Trotter inherits a label rooted in quiet luxury—craftsmanship, subtlety, and of course, the iconic weave. While the pressure will be to preserve those legacy codes, there’s also an expectation that she carves out her own mark.

Julianne’s Milan arrival look captured that balance perfectly. She wore a Bottega Veneta brown leather blouson, oversized square sunglasses, and carried the Intrecciato leather Campana bag. Brown has been the colour story of the season just a week in, and styled with her easy black staples, the outfit felt transitional in the best way—grounded enough for cooler weather, yet still light enough for Milan’s late-September sunshine.
