Here is a roundup from the 2025 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards red carpet.
Cool Blue Minimalism
Brittany Snow is now on a hat-trick of strapless dresses, this time in the Jenn dress from the Emilia Wickstead Resort 2026 collection. It may not have the fringe detailing of her previous looks, but the icy blue hue and quiet structure gave her this look an poise.

Sporty Spice Realness
Denée Benton channelled her inner Sporty Spice wearing a Willy Chavarria x adidas Originals bodysuit with oversized trousers. Mel C would be proud. And the diamond necklace should feel out of place, but somehow…it doesn’t.

Cavalli Moment
I would have loved Dove Cameron to have switched up her beauty look for this Roberto Cavalli Spring 2026 metallic jacquard gown. The warm tones of the dress needed a warmer makeup moment to meet them halfway.

Missed The Mark
I can’t look at a Bach Mai dress without thinking of Kate Beckinsale, as they used to be her go-to for some time. But this drop-waist dress that Jasmin Savoy Brown selected was lacking in execution and looks so poorly made. I’m surprised someone with her style prowess selected this, if I’m honest. A red Roger Vivier bag and a Pavé Lenox collar from the Eddie Borgo Spring/Summer 2026 jewelry collection completed her look.

Sheer Confidence
You can never make me hate a Maura Higgins red carpet look. She’s consistent in her sensual era and she knows exactly what works for her. This LaQuan Smith moment feels right in her wheelhouse — confident, body-led, and unapologetic.

Sheer Disaster
And then we have Olivia Attwood. I see what she was going for, but this sheer Rick Owens dress styled with Maison Margiela gloves isn’t as well executed as Maura’s sheer moment. The gloves are almost comical. Taste and execution are lacking here.

Sharp Tailoring Win
Midge Purce completely sold this Sergio Hudson moment. It felt crisp, and assured.

How Can Sequins Feel This Flat?
Myha’la’s Sergio Hudson Spring 2025 halter dress is beautiful, but it didn’t have the spark on the carpet. The dress is doing the work — she just didn’t meet it halfway.

Drama in the Details
Taffeta isn’t my favourite fabric — we all know it can crumble, crinkle, and crease before it even hits the carpet — but Olandria Carthen’s Christian Siriano Resort 2025 strapless gown has enough interest in the floral detailing and sculptural bodice to distract from the fabric’s famous flaws. Much like Brittany Snow, I’m noticing that the Love Islander has a clear affinity for a strapless silhouette, and it works for her. Grown Brilliance and Miraki Jewels completed the look.
