Elegance by Design

Atonement on Sunday, Armani Privé excellence on Tuesday. Rose Byrne was not the person I expected to emerge as one of the quiet stars of this awards season, but here we are. She is not only doing it in style, but also entirely on her own terms. This Armani Privé Fall 2025 look stood out on a red carpet that is typically the most reserved of the season. Impeccable tailoring anchors the look, while the embellishments and bow details add just enough charm. Beautifully judged for this event.

Beach Vibes, City Carpet

As much as I love Chase Infiniti, I struggled to connect with this Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2026 dress. It feels a little too beachy, as though it should have been saved for a vacation rather than a New York awards gala. The upper part of the visible lining dulls the impact, flattening any chance of me fully engaging with the look.

A Glamorous Return

It has been a while since we last saw Amy Ryan on the red carpet, but this moment was well worth the wait. I still think often about her Alexis Mabille Haute Couture gown worn to the Wolfs Venice Film Festival premiere in 2024. On this occasion, she wore a Roland Mouret Resort 2026 peplum gown, reinforcing why sculpted silhouettes remain the house’s strongest offering. The structure is elegant, the fit is precise, and the overall effect is indicative of her refined approach to red carpet dressing. Styled with Fred Leighton jewels.

Almost There

I am fully on board with Eva Victor’s nonchalance and the refreshing perspective she brings to this awards season. From the waist up, this look from The Row Pre-Fall 2026 collection works beautifully. From the waist down, it starts to lose clarity. The trousers break too much, appear too big, or simply need to sit higher on the waist. Fix that, and this becomes a head to toe win.

Sheer Dress For The Win

Honestly, I preferred Emily Blunt’s Stella McCartney look without the blazer. The jacket feels too big and disrupts the balance of the outfit. The dress stands stronger on its own. Yes, it’s sheer, but she is rocking the hell out of the dress. Christian Louboutin Levitalo sandals and EFFY Jewelry completed the look.
