Marvel Television’s Wonder Man premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California, on Thursday evening.
A Very Welcome Return
Leading man Yahya Abdul Mateen II is finally back on the red carpet, and I have really missed him. The man who once made overcoats a red carpet staple switched gears here, but instead of delivering a standard suit, his Zegna look felt instantly modern, anchored by a wrap jacket accented with a Briony Raymond brooch.

The silhouette alone set this apart, while Christian Louboutin leather boots completed his comeback look.

Red, Revisited
Xochitl Gomez was a lady in red wearing a Rosie Assoulin Fall 2022 fitted sheath with a structured, sculptural bodice, a silhouette we first saw on Jenny Slate back in 2023 at the Oscar Nominees Luncheon. While the red pumps made sense, did the Kate Spade New York Deco quilted mini flap chain crossbody need to match so closely?

I prefer contrast here, and I’m glad she didn’t opt for the matching gloves.

Bold, As You would Expect
Sir Ben Kingsley did not get the tinted shades memo, but he did get the red memo, or does this Paul Smith Spring 2026 suit lean closer to pink?

Either way, it was a typically bold outing for the British actor, with the vivid hue grounded by black accents.
