Keke Palmer brought her trademark energy to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, where she chatted about meeting former President Barack Obama for the first time, spending time with Lionel Richie while working on American Idol, and teaming up with Jack Whitehall on The ’Burbs.
While Margot Robbie’s archival choice for her Wuthering Heights press tour leaned heavily into theme, Keke’s approach felt far more familiar territory. She has been wearing archival looks almost exclusively for the past two years, so this outing very much followed her established fashion rhythm.
For the occasion, she selected a pink embellished mini dress from Dior’s Fall 2003 collection. As is often the case, she made the look her own by adding pink faux fur sleeves, which at first glance appeared to be a shrug worn off the shoulder.
The addition lifts the dress, aligning it with Keke at her most playful and charismatic, and giving the look a sense of fun that suits her personality perfectly.
Jimmy Choo Tabatha sandals completed the look.
