The Paris 2024 Olympic Games closing ceremony not only showcased the world’s greatest athletes but also delivered unforgettable musical performances, with French singer Yseult joining H.E.R. in captivating audiences on Sunday evening.
Yseult, known for her powerful voice and unique style, graced the stage in a breathtaking ensemble that paid homage to the timeless elegance of Dior.
Her custom Dior black ‘New Bar’ jacket, a modern update on the iconic silhouette that has been synonymous with the fashion house since its inception, was perfectly complemented by a sleek black skirt, creating a look that was both contemporary and classic.
Yseult completed her outfit with a tilted Dior hat and classic black patent leather pumps, a combination that echoed her now-iconic Dior Haute Couture appearance at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
This look was a seamless blend of modernity and tradition, drawing inspiration from Dior’s legendary 1947 “New Look” ensemble. Much like her Cannes appearance, she added leather gloves to the outfit, a subtle yet powerful nod to Dior’s storied fashion history.
