Hold up, Jennifer Lawrence looks like she could be about to switch allegiances from NYC to London. Her new, shall we say, relaxed uniform—track pants, cardi, leather jacket, baseball cap, sneaks—seriously resonates in London, where Adidas’s three stripes are as ubiquitous as Wales Bonner trainers and Raey blazers. She even sacrificed her beloved head-to-toe The Row and Hydro Flask to look the part, for while staying hydrated is cool, let it be known that Stanley-esque cups are the death knell of style.

Lawrence abandoned her The Row staples for a day.

Further proof Lawrence’s wardrobe is secretly UK adjacent came via her headwear: a retro Shania Twain cap that showed the actor has been in a country music hole since Beyoncé unleashed Cowboy Carter into the ether. Twain, of course, is the saving grace on this year’s Glastonbury line-up, where she’ll belt out “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” during the legend slot on Sunday afternoon. We’d love it if Lawrence joined the usual Worthy Farm contingent (looking at you, Sienna Miller, Kate Moss, and Alexa Chung) to belt out karaoke classics, cloudy cider in hand. We’re positive she’s a Coldplay fan too.

Over-excitable? Us? Of course everyone is allowed a style pivot. Maybe Lawrence had to reassess her allegiance to the everyman trainer she also lives in after UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak wore Adidas Sambas and sparked myriad memes declaring them immediately over. To that, we say nonsense. But perhaps Jennifer Lawrence would like to come and write for us about it?
