The seven piece capsule collection draws inspiration from aprés-sport and continues the lineage of the Italian brands Serpenti line.
Carrying the torch for more collaborations in 2022, Bulgari have partnered with Casablanca, a brand renowned for their blend of aprés-sportwear with the luxury aesthetics of the Mediterranean. Comprised of seven tennis inspired accessories, the capsule collection captures a sporty spirit while maintaining an ultra-chic style. While cross body bags imitate a tennis court with their squared structure, top-handle bags come in relaxed silhouettes, keeping a sporty vibe thanks to the running colour palette of green and white perforated leather.
Elsewhere within the pieces, Roman influence can be identified within intricate graphic prints — marking a continuation of Bulgari’s ongoing collaborative series “Serpenti Through The Eyes Of”. Representing the series, a mini Serpenti crossbody bag features, finished with the iconic snakehead which injects elements of spirit within the capsule. Offering a deco edge, the Jewellery Box sculptural bag is reminiscent of the 20s, lending luxury to the court-side collection.
“With Bulgari we share the same love and respect for timeless codes and the ambition to interpret them in new ways: this is the prism we have played with on this collaboration. The collection is both modern and classic at the same time. Serpenti has a thousand-year old iconography behind it and we wanted to bring it back once more but in a modern way, playing with its aesthetic features” says the French-Moroccan Creative Director and Founder of Casablanca Charaf Tajer.
Incorporating articles such as detachable wooden handles, gold-plated mesh and brand new silhouettes, the capsule is one of the most stylish, versatile and timeless yet — and is ready to wear on and off the court. Releasing the capsule in two installments, the accessories will be available to purchase in selected Bulgari boutiques worldwide. To explore the collection, head to bulgari.com…
