Though she may have skipped the red carpet, Lady Gaga still made a splash at last night’s Oscars ceremony. The singer appeared alongside icon Liza Minnelli to present the award for best picture, and the pair stole the show with a heartwarming moment and coordinating black and white outfits.
To compliment her sequined tuxedo, Gaga wore perfect old Hollywood glam, including a swept back updo and a killer orange-red lip. Her makeup was courtesy of her longtime makeup artist Sarah Tanno, who used Gaga’s brand Haus Labs. Luckily for us, we have all the details on her facebeat—and to make good news even better, all the products used are currently on sale up to 50% off.
For Lady Gaga’s soft smokey eye, Tanno relied on the Haus Labs Four-Way Shadow Palette in 4 Seduction. “The shade Blindfold is dusted over the eye to create a soft dusty rose,” she says. “I added dimension at the lash line using Eye-Dentify Gel Kohl in Punk.” She also used the gel liner to tightline—or line the inner lash line—Gaga’s eyes for extra definition. Then, she used The Edge Brown Precision Pencil in Taupe Brown to accentuate Gaga’s brows.
For complexion, Tanno used Haus Labs Tutti Gel Blush in Spritz on the apple’s of Gaga’s cheeks. She added a bit of the Head Rush Blush and Highlighter Duo in the shades Bouquet and Ribbon to add extra glow.
Finally, for that show-stopping red lip, Tanno started by lining Gaga’s lips with the Rip Lip Liner in Slayer. She then applied Le Monster Matte Lip Crayon in 1950, a classic cherry red, before adding a pop of Miami Tango, a warm orange-red, in the center. While it might seem like a lot of work, layering two shades adds tons of dimension, and takes it from an everyday lip to Oscar-worthy—besides, at 40% off, you can basically grab both shades for the price of one.
