When I saw her in Louis Vuitton Spring 2022 my heart sank.
But I looked at it again and realised that my pre-bias of Louis Vuitton runway dresses was kicking in.
Looking again, properly, the dress and the vision grew on me almost instantly.
Yes. I would’ve loved something custom and on a level of the BAFTAs gown, but we always want something different at the Oscars, and she delivered.
The dress itself is actually beautiful. There were so many intriguing elements, including the embroidery.
This dress was made for someone with classic features.
