After first linking up in 2015, Slovakian footwear specialists Novesta are continuing a longstanding relationship with Universal Works by unveiling a capsule of camouflage rubber soles.
Reinforced by Universal Works’ ever-present message of “Peace, Love and Soul”, the duo’s eighth collaborative collection is underpinned by both an ethical manufacturing process and shared moral values, based around the idea of delivering good products, working with good people, and the coming together of genuine, like-minded individuals.
For the project, the menswear imprint and Novesta have reworked two styles— the Star Master and Star Dribble— in both “Sand” and “Ecru” colourways. Rounded out with the European label’s signature vulcanised soles, each shoe boasts a military-inspired hand-drawn pattern that comes courtesy of Universal Works co-founder David Keyte.
