Ella Mai kick started the promotional tour for her sophomore album, ‘Heart On Me Sleeve,’ with a guest performance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’
The London-born R&B star sang a medley of songs including ‘DFMU’ and ‘Leave You Alone’ in dramatic style wearing an Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2022 Haute Couture look.
The singer started her performance with the full runway look.
But as she started the second more up-tempo song ‘Leave Your Alone,’ she whipped off the sequin cape with a feathered trim to reveal just the black velvet catsuit.
It was like two for one special, and I love how each look suited to the song she was performing.
The audience ate it up.
