Kendall Jenner surprised us in February with a brand-new look that incorporated not one but two hair trends we had been seeing everywhere: curtain bangs and red hair. At the beginning of February, the model premiered the lengthy swooped fringe, a drastic change from her medium-length hair, via Instagram Stories. A few weeks later she decided a haircut wasn’t enough and ditched her brunette hair for a coppery hue. Now, a little over two months later, Jenner is back to her brunette roots (literally).
The reality TV star gave Instagram fans a look at the new hair via her Instagram Stories. Jenner was seen taking a mirror selfie in a brown outfit that matched her hair color. Her signature middle part was there without a trace of the ginger color she once had. Her brunette hair cascaded in light waves past her shoulders, giving bounce and body to her naturally straight texture.
In addition to the lack of red in her hair, it also seems like her curtain bangs may have grown out. The parted fringe that once fell right past her eyebrows was nowhere to be seen, blending in seamlessly with the longer pieces of hair. However, it might just be the angle of the photo, so we’ll be tuned in to see if her bangs are truly no more.
It’s not every day that Kendall Jenner switches up her medium-length brown hair, especially for a long period of time. Whether or not she’ll be back in the future with the wispy fringe and reddish hair is still up in the air, but regardless, her curtain bangs and ginger hair were an exciting era to experience.
