During the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, Louis Vuitton and Vanity Fair hosted a dinner to celebrate fashion and cinema.
Guests in attendance included, Léa Seydoux, Deepika Padukone, Alicia Vikander, , Leïla Bekhti, Casey Affleck, his girlfriend Caylee Cowan, Noomi Rapace, Stacy Martin, Agathe Rousselle, Edgar Ramirez and Joel Edgerton.
Léa Seydoux’s Louis Vuitton Fall 2022 grey suit should be familiar to you, as Emma Stone wore the same look in sky blue a month ago, and the styling is almost identical, but I prefer the lighter shade of Léa’s look.
When it comes to Deepika Padukone and custom Louis Vuitton, we have now seen from Cannes we have nothing to worry about going forward.
It’s the runway looks we need to be concerned with. Most importantly editing, as there is too much going on with this Fall 2022 look.
I can’t with those boots during the summer months anymore.
Alicia Vikander gave us one of the standout moments in custom Louis Vuitton during Cannes.
However, the only person who has really nailed this Louis Vuitton Spring 2022 asymmetrical top for me is Cate Blanchett.
It looks cute with shorts. I think the shoes are what is really throwing me off here.
No doubt inspired by the Monaco Grand Prix taking place, Leïla Bekhti was no doubt inspired when selecting her Louis Vuitton outfit.
I love how she had fun with the look, but the hairstyle is perplexing. I don’t get this greasy hair trend.
Kudos to Casey Affleck and his girlfriend Caylee Cowan for bringing so much elegance to the event.
But they were both a tad overdressed. And this coming from someone who overdresses on a consistent basis.
This is Noomi Rapace in her happy place. Look how relaxed and at ease she was while not wearing a dress two sizes too big for her.
I particularly love the accessories here – that yellow bag is calling my name.
I kinda wish Alicia Vikander had opted for Stacy Martin’s look.
I always forget that Stacy Martin is team LV these days. The dress is the best part of this look.
Agathe Rousselle was a bit quite this year at Cannes, but everything about this Louis Vuitton Fall 2022 look feels so light, fresh and well-styled that it’s impossible for me not to enjoy this outing.
I adore this loungewear/PJ inspired Louis Vuitton set worn by Edgar Ramirez, but the trouser length is killing me.
However, it’s nice to see him in something other than a tuxedo for a change.
Like Casey Affleck, Joel Edgerton kept things formal in his Louis Vuitton look.
