Riley Keough attended the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Sunday (June 5), where she introduced a clip from Baz Luhrmann’s new film ‘Elvis.’
The King of Rock and Roll’s granddaughter wore a Pre-Fall 2022 look from Gucci’s Love Parade collection.
And I have to say. I don’t love it.
My issue with this look is that the latex top doesn’t feel like it goes with the lace tiered skirt, the tights don’t go with the skirt and the shoes don’t go with the sandals.
And that is exactly how Alessandro Michele intended this look to be, which is why we didn’t see her modify the runway look except to remove the straps from the top.
I would’ve loved her to have worked with the top half of this look, and mix up some other pieces from this or other collections.
