The David Yurman family hosted a private dinner with friends of the house, and celebrity brand ambassadors on Monday (July 5) at the Musée du Louvre to commemorate the brand’s patronage on a historical restoration project with the iconic institution.
Brand ambassadors Laura Harrier, Henry Golding, Lucien Laviscount, Taylor Hill, Camille Rowe and Kelsey Asbille were joined by Taylor Hill, Carolyn Murphy, Karlie Kloss, Debby Ryan, Carla Bruni, Olivia Palermo, Coco Rocha, and Anna Dello Russo.
Laura Harrier’s Coperni Fall 2022 dress might be giving you a case of déjà vu, and that’s because Kylie Jenner wore a white latex version of this dress to the premiere of ‘The Kardashian’s’ back in April.
What I love about this dress is the simplicity, followed by the modernity imbued by the cut-out and rose accents.
This look was very true to Laura’s style. I’m glad she opted for black over the pink and white versions we saw on the runway.
Those David Yurman High Jewelry earrings are exquisite.
While I do prefer Henry Golding clean-shaven, he was still looking as handsome as ever wearing a BOSS suit.
His partner Liv Lo Golding stole the spotlight in her aqua The Sei cut-out bias gown from the Spring 2022 collection which was also styled with a stunning pair of David Yurman High Jewelry earrings.
Usually the cropped trouser look doesn’t enthral me when it comes to menswear, but Lucien Laviscount’s elegance, and the satin fabrication totally won me over, but I do wish he opted for a different style of shoes.
His look was styled with David Yurman jewels.
Camille Rowe was serving up effortless French elegance in Celine with her David Yurman Carlyle linked necklace in 18K Yellow Gold with Diamonds being the standout feature of this look.
I’m guessing that the dress code for the ambassadors was black, as Kelsey Asbille allowed her David Yurman jewels to be the center of attention wearing a simple black dress from Khaite.
The first picture I saw of Taylor Hill was from the waist up, and I was very intrigued.
Upon seeing the full picture of her in this Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2022 strapless, black and gold ombre-sequin jumpsuit I thought my head was going to explode.
This is everything I love in one outfit, and surprisingly the feathers didn’t upstage her David Yurman jewelry.
Carolyn Murphy always presents timeless elegance, and that was the case in this long sleeve flower applique dress styled with David Yurman jewels and Giuseppe Zanotti Harmony sandals.
Sometimes I wonder if I expect too much from celebrities when it comes to their footwear choices, but I really believe Karlie Kloss’ Ralph Lauren bias-cut dress deserved better.
Do you agree?
Some of you might not be totally sold on the utilitarian vibe of this Patou look for this event, I do love the change of pace that Debby Ryan brought to this event.
Carla Bruni kept things simple dress wise in Ralph Lauren, which she styled with a David Yurman High Jewelry Stax Lariat necklace in 18K White Gold with Diamonds and Colombian Emerald stealing the spotlight.
Olivia Palermo wore an Ashi Studio Fall 2021 Haute Couture feathered look styled with a pink ruffled clutch.
Everything about this feels familiar in a “been there, done that kinda way,” especially the silhouette.
Coco Rocha is always giving us ready to wear looks with Haute Couture energy. On this occasion her customary gown gave way to a sleek corseted jumpsuit from David Koma.
Anna Dello Russo can do simple and sophisticated, as shown in this black sequin Armani strapless dress.
