Summer is a time to tone back on heavy glam and embrace a softer, more natural look, as people head on holiday and to festivals and outdoor gatherings in the sun.”

Celebrity nail artist Zola Ganzorigt is behind Bieber’s glazed-donut sets and used OPI products to achieve the frosted shine. According to the brand, Ganzorigt started with a base of OPI GelColor Stay Classic Base Coat, followed by one coat of OPI GelColor in Funny Bunny, a sheer milky white. She then layered on OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat, followed by the OPI Chrome Effects in Tin Man Can to get a subtle iridescent finish. To seal the look, she topped everything off with another layer of topcoat.
