What’s your favorite rom-com?
Bridesmaids.
What is the weirdest thing you do in your alone time?
I like a guilty pleasure of cutting a watermelon in half and eating it with a spoon while I watch a movie. Like, I’ll eat a whole half a watermelon to myself on the couch. That’s my hot date night. It’s just me with a spoon eating watermelon.
What’s the sexiest thing about you?
My kindness.
What is your hangover cure?
Punishing myself on the treadmill.
Couldn’t be me. What do you listen to when you’re on the treadmill?
Usually like EDM or house music, or I have a rap playlist. I’m obsessed with the Swedish House Mafia’s new album, so I’ll just listen to that from start to finish. And then sometimes I get in weird moods where I want to listen to sad music while I work out. I’ll listen to Jeremy Zucker and Chelsea Cutler—sad acoustic music. I’m weird.
What’s something everybody loves that you don’t like?
When people do random acts of kindness and film it. Your left hand should never know what your right hand is doing. I think it should be between you and the person you’re helping out. I like that people are being helped, but there’s something about it that bothers me.
What do you look for in a partner?
Consistency.
I love it when my partner____?
Calls. I love a good phone call or FaceTime.
What is the most romantic thing you’ve ever done?
For three and a half years I drove every weekend, from Thursday to Monday, to Vegas from California to be with my girlfriend. Just consistently, every weekend, making the time.
What’s a relationship rule you think is bullshit?
You’re not allowed to have your own life outside of the relationship. You should have your own things going on. I think you should have mutual friends and then should also have your own friends and, you know, mutual interests and things you do together, but you should have your me time. I think it’s very important for both people.
