Freida Pinto attended The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, organized by The Peninsula Hotels, in Carmel California on Friday (August 19).
When I saw the actress in this burgundy Carolina K ‘Dom’ blouse and palazzo pants, I was not surprised by this selection at all.
This is because the blouse feels like it was inspired by the Kurta (a loose collarless shirt worn in many regions of South Asia), and the gold coral embroidered details feels like it was authentically created by artisans from India.
Freida has always been proud to share looks from or inspired by her culture on the red carpet, and this was another fine example.
