Here is a quick roundup from the other attendees of the Cinecittà and Academy Of Motion Picture, Art & Science dinner held during the 2022 Venice International Film Festival on Tuesday (August 30) in Italy, where they joined Jodie Turner-Smith and Raffey Cassidy.
Prior to her Dior suit for the ‘White Noise’ photocall, Greta Gerwig attended this event wearing a white Valentino shirt and trouser combo from the Pre-Fall 2022 Promenade collection.
As you know I’m not a fan of mixing metals (crystals are a metal, I did my Googles), so as much as I love the cool, crispness of this embellished ensemble, I’m not a fan of the gold clutch, jewelry and sandals with this look.
I feel like saying “silver would’ve worked better” is stating the obvious, but I really think that would’ve been the case.
Do you agree?
You won’t be surprised to know that French actress Noémie Merlant wore Louis Vuitton.
She didn’t have a successful time during Cannes, so I’m hoping her LV choices are much improved for this festival.
I know that sheer lace dresses = jail for some, but I don’t think this dress would’ve been so intriguing without showing some skin.
Louis Vuitton High Jewelry and black satin pumps completed her look.
Taylor Russell attended this event with Luca Guadagnino who is the director of her upcoming film ‘Bones & All,’ which she stars alongside Timothée Chalamet that is set for release in November 2022.
The Canadian actress kept things very simple, but oh so chic wearing a Loewe Fall 2022 off-shoulder draped dress.
The only thing I would change about this look is the colour of the bag. It looks navy, but it could be a case of it photographing more blue than black.
‘White Noise’ actor Sam Nivola wore a Dior men’s Cactus Jack Dior collection office collar jacket with on-trend flares and black derbies.
This coffee hue is quite a hard colour to pull off, but I think he makes it work.
However, I almost wished this was a deeper, more chocolatey brown.
What do you think?
