A photocall took place on Saturday (September 24) in Washington, DC. with several guest speakers taking to the red carpet.
Amal Clooney and George Clooney were both speaking at the event.
The lawyer and human eights advocate wore an Elie Saab Resort 2023 sleeveless lace jumpsuit which showcased her usual flare and love for fashion and bright colours.
George did not fade into the background wearing his grey suit.
They are a very handsome and well-dressed couple, but I would’ve taken up both their trouser legs by half an inch. Or an inch in Amal’s case.
Anna Kendrick wore a Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini multi-coloured watercolour print sleeveless A-line midi dress from the Resort 2023 collection.
Given the occasion, I would say this is event appropriate, but this also reminds me that I still can’t identify what Anna’s style is.
Julia Roberts looked smart wearing a tweed blazer/coat, but it was her two-tone pumps that were boasting serious style credentials.
Everything about this screams “in her wheelhouse.”
