To the Kardashians, even the most mundane activities have business potential. See: Kourtney Kardashian’s new range of gummy supplements, Lemme. Kardashian says she was taking up to 30 supplements a day—a process she calls “pretty unenjoyable”—when she saw an opportunity: Why not make it more enjoyable?
“Lemme was five years in the making,” she tells Glamour. “It was just always something that I knew made sense for me with my health and wellness journey. Vitamins and supplements have been such a part of my daily routine, and so I went on this journey of making it fun.”
Fun—for Kardashian, at least—means a line of gummies that are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. They’re also free of artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, and sugar alcohols. To start, there are three options: Lemme Matcha, for energy; Lemme Focus, for concentration; and Lemme Chill, for de-stressing.
“They’re a treat,” says Kardashian. “I’m someone who needs to have something sweet after every meal, so I’ll have these—but they have a purpose.”
Of course, gummies aren’t the only enjoyable thing in Kourtney Kardashian’s life. Here, the newlywed opens up about the clothes she loves to steal from husband Travis Barker‘s closet, her favorite makeup products, and more.
My fall style
I would describe my style as pretty classic. I love to wear black. It’s my comfort zone. That’s just kind of always been what I love and what I feel good in.
I always can’t wait for fall to come to wear boots. I’m into clunky platforms right now, but I also love an everyday boot that I can walk around in that’s comfortable. I love being comfortable and wearing oversized clothes—mostly things from my husband’s closet. He has the best vintage T-shirt archive. They’re the softest, most worn in, amazing jerseys and stuff that I take. I love to be head-to-toe baggy. Most of the time—besides when I’m doing press or events—I’m in mom mode in head-to-toe baggy, cool clothes and sneakers.

My favorite thing in my closet
My dad’s robe—a silk striped robe. Obviously I don’t wear that out, but that’s my favorite thing in my closet.
The last thing I bought
The last thing I bought was a gift when I was in London; it’s a little heart-shaped Alaïa purse and it’s black patent leather. It’s really cute. Actually, it was a gift for me from my husband. It was not a gift to myself—but I do buy gifts to myself. I buy myself a birthday present and a Christmas present. I think everyone should do that.
My go-to gift
The Surya spa is this Ayurvedic spa with a three-day cleanse called Panchakarma. That is my go-to gift because it’s a life-changing experience, and I feel like it’s just so much more special and memorable than a thing. I was given it as a gift and loved it. I’m all about something meaningful or an experience for gifts.
The hair product I’m using most
My favorite hair product that I just recently used on a photo shoot was by Andrew Fitzsimons, and it was his volumizing spray. We did big volume hair, and it was really good.
The skin-care and makeup products I love
I love Kim’s SKKN eye cream. It’s like a little ball ,and it just makes me happy. It’s such a good product. Haley’s lip peptide—in the salted caramel—is so good too.
How I self-care
I love a good bath. I’m a bath girl. I love a candle when I’m taking a bath—I love a Christmas scent all year long—and I do bath salts and flakes. I’m not into bubbles. I like to keep it simple, but I also like them to have a purpose. I love magnesium flakes and sometimes I put apple cider vinegar in the bath. I have no idea what it does, but I do it. It has a purpose—I just keep a big thing by the bath and I’ll just throw it in.
The last great book I read
I’ve been doing audio books lately when I’m doing my morning carpool, and sometimes I’ll let the kids listen too. I recently was listening to The Power. That’s a really good one. It’s like The Secret.
