Taking a cue from one of those “living statue” dudes who pose for tips at tourist spots, singer Doja Cat rolled up to Paris Fashion Week in what can only be described as goldface. So that’s interesting.

She showed off her metallic pallor, which reached below her collarbone, and close-cropped hair at the A.W.A.K.E Mode Womenswear spring/summer 2023 show, adding gold earrings and gold nails to complete the look. It’s definitely dramatic, and photographs beautifully. But it’s not the moment that impresses us most. No, the most daring look was the one she wore to the Jacquemus store:
