When I saw Eiza González on the red carpet for the 2022 Academy Museum Gala on Saturday (October 15) in Los Angeles, California, the first thing I said to myself is that Elizabeth Saltzman has an amazing tailor.
If you look at the difference between this LaQuan Smith Spring 2023 orange sequin strapless gown on the runway and how it looks on Eiza, the difference is immense, and I can’t overstate this point enough.
Of course, the breath-taking Bulgari necklace helps elevate the look – which is why she is such a worthy ambassador – but the seamstress really played their part and they should be commended for sculpting this look to ensure it fit to Eiza’s body to perfection.
This was easily in my top two of the night.
