Viola Davis was back on the red carpet attending the London premiere for ‘The Woman King’ held at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square on Monday (October 2).
There are many unions in fashion we have grown fond of; Cate Blanchett and Armani/Alexander McQueen. Emmy Rossum and Carolina Herrera will forever be one of my favourites, along with Alicia Vikander and Louis Vuitton, but we need to add Viola Davis and Greta Constantine to that list.
Viola and Greta Constantine do not miss.
The designer has created some colourful looks for Viola in the past.
Who can forget her yellow ruffled dress for the 2021 African American Film Critics Association Awards?
Or her pink and red gown for the Toronto Film Festival Premiere?
On this occasion bold hues gave way to striking graphic black and white stripes.
At first I thought (probably wishful thinking) that this was a jumpsuit, but it’s a glorious sleeveless gown accented with the designer’s signature 3D floral appliqués which added such a delightful whimsical touch to this look.
Gold jewels, and a chic updo with a face framing fringe completed her look.
Viola’s promo tour for this film has been flawless. This might just be my favourite along with her Galvan London lush velvet jumpsuit which she wore on Jimmy Fallon.
I am overcome with emotion as I’m totally blown away.
I can’t wait to go support this film which is out now in the UK.
