Christina Ricci, who didn’t reprise her role as Wednesday Addams in Netflix’s ‘Wednesday,’ but she does feature in the film as a teacher at Nevermore Academy, attended the premiere on Wednesday (November 16) in Los Angeles, California.
I did say on Gwendoline Christie’s post that wearing black would’ve been so obvious for her, but not for Christina Ricci.
In fact it was more expected, and she didn’t let us down by wearing this bewitching sparkling lace and spiderweb embellished dress from the Rodarte Fall 2020 collection.
This dress feels like Halloween and Christmas all wrapped up in one, while playing homage to the character that made her a household name.
On Instagram her stylist Alexandra Mandelkorn said, “was there ever a more perfect dress for the @wednesdaynetflix premiere?! Thank you @kateandlauramulleavy @rodarte @riccigrams for releasing this beauty from the archives for this moment 🕷🕸🖤.”
The answer to that question is, “no. I can’t think of anything more perfect.”
