Jimi Westbrook, Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, and Philip Sweet of Little Big Town joined Katy Perry and Kelsea Ballerini on the red carpet for the 2022 CMA Awards which was held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 9) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The gents look great. I particularly love Jimi Westbrook’s tonal look with the cowboy boots.
Then we come to the ladies.
This Alaia fur-trimmed stretch lace gown is spectacular, but Karen Fairchild didn’t do this dress justice. I’m just not buying it.
I looked at every picture and I felt nothing, when I should be blown away. I wish she had done more with her hair.
I will commend her for wearing undetectable underwear.
I usually prefer Kimberly Schlapman’s style of the two ladies, but on this occasion she didn’t need the gloves with her Azzi & Osta Fall 2022 Couture dress.
Perhaps they would’ve worked if they were lace, but this satin pair feel a bit cheap alongside her beautiful dress.
