While Kate Hudson was in London, her ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ co-star Madelyn Cline was stateside making a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Wednesday (November 23) in New York City.
It looks like Madelyn got the same satin boots memo as Kate, but Madelyn opted to go tonal with her Alexandre Vauthier draped satin midi dress from the Spring 2022 collection.
When I saw the picture above, I wasn’t crazy about the colour, but I put it down to the poor lighting.
However seeing the dress under the studio lights, my feeling on the colour hasn’t changed.
Those slouchy boots didn’t help improve my feeling about this look either.
I’m picturing this in a deep purple hue or forest green as I don’t think this was a good colour choice for her.
